What happens if I need to change, cancel, or postpone my event?
If you need to cancel your booking, you may do so without penalty up to 30 days before your scheduled event date.
Bookings cancelled within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. Where possible, Village Ice Cream may, at its sole discretion, offer a store credit or allow a date change. -
What space is required?
The mobile cart dimensions are: 45.5" length x 31" width x 45.5" height (total stationary height including "ice cream" sign: 81.5")
Be sure to check the dimensions of your door! The cart doesn't fit through most doors and instead needs double doors or overhead door access for indoor events. -
Can the cart go up and down stairs?
No, you must have elevator or ramp access for the mobile cart.

Do you need power?
The cart doesn't need access to power, unless the duration of the event is greater than 3 hours.

How heavy is the cart?
The cart weighs approximately 500 pounds when full of product.

What if we need more ice cream during our event?
Unfortunately there are no-restocks during an event. Please ensure that you order enough ice cream for your expected guest count.

How many flavours can we choose?
You can choose up to 4 flavours from our regular Little Villager menu which includes: Salted Caramel, Melted Chocolate, Strawberry, Phil & Sebastian Coffee, Cookies and Cream, Montana's Mint (V), and Chocolate Mud Cake (V).

Can I customize the flavours?
Unfortunately, not at this time.
